Joe and his crew have been wonderful! My husband and I bought our first home, and it needed a whole new hvac system. They were so informative and patient with all my questions, and we have a great system. Would 100% recommend to anyone! And anytime I called with a question or concern he always responded almost immediately, and if he needed to come to the house he was here within a day. Absolutely impressed!

Again! I recommend Popejoy through and through! An incident happened where a semi went thru an alley and ripped out wires from our home and fried a part of our AC unit and he was here within the hour and had it FIXED. Such an awesome guy, I couldn’t recommend him ENOUGH! Thank you!!

Gary,was friendly and followed up with me regarding my availability and let me know they had the rebuilt heater i desperately needed. Serviceman even left me a spaceheater upon initial visit. Thanks guys I'll make sure to refer you,Nancy
