I am impressed with this company & the worker who replaced my water heater today, 3/27/2026 His name was Brandon. He stopped in here ystrdy to probly see how hard the job was going to be & came back today & now I have hot water. Brandon was very polite, he was quick with his work & didn't leave a mess. He also gave us some advice on keeping the new water heater functioning properly, which we appreciate. I'm happy that I've paid premium with Duke energy for extra repairs on our home. I will recommend this service & also Chas A. Michael, Inc.

Rob and Marcelo did a great job. Called them this morning and they were out by the afternoon. Awesome guys and super knowledgeable. Parts need ordered and will soon be up and running.
