The last Saturday of August, the hottest week of the summer, John had our auction to downsize. He and his crew worked tirelessly that week in the heat to be ready for the auction on time. They worked like a well oiled machine. We were more than pleased with the results of the auction. We would highly recommend John and would engage him again, if need be.
Wells Auction and Realty handled an online auction for me about a year ago when I purchased an old farm property. The auction had over 200 miscellaneous items. The whole process was handled in a very professional manner. Mr Wells did all of the organization, created all of the listings, and then cleaned up for me the things that were not sellable.
