We’ve had to call Merz a few times now for different issues we’ve had around the house. From smaller plumbing issues to having our HVAC system replaced. They have always been very friendly and on time. I felt like the guys that have come out were always honest about the work that needed to be done. I honestly only have good things to say. Would definitely recommend.
The technicians were on time. They got right to work. When they encountered a problem with a part (that was ordered from a local home improvement store), they acted quickly to get it resolved.
I will definitely recommend Merz to friends and family. Their work is great and prices are fair.
Dan did a great job replacing my water pipes that were broken from freezing. He then gave me sound advice for insulating them on an outside wall, which was appreciated. I will be using this business again!
