I had three estimates to repair a jacuzzi tub faucet and other bathroom faucets. Roto-Rooter (specifically Harrison) was the only company that caught the unique tub fixture and explained the repair clearly. It gave me confidence in their estimate, and it was all finished with perfection. Highly recommend!
Harrison Bova came out to fix what I thought was 2 leaks and ended up being a lot more … he took his time & was really respectful & a pleasure to talk too. We were able to get most of everything fixed & knew exactly where the rest of the breaks were thanks to him and his patients. It was cold & dark and getting late by the time he left but he didn’t rush. I thank him for everything he did for us & I really give him 10 stars & think everyone should request him for their next job.
