Scott came out and diagnosed the issue. He was very polite and professional. Unfortunately the price was double what I've found with another contractor. Just paid the $95 consult fee.

No surprises with JW plumbing. I got a text letting me know when the technician was on the way and all the details about the job after he arrived. I will definitely use JW again when I need a plumber

I cannot say enough good things about Austin from JW’s Plumbing. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he knew exactly what needed to be done to get the job completed correctly and efficiently. Unlike some other companies we spoke with that seemed more interested in overcharging us, Austin took the time to explain the issue, discuss our options, and recommend the best and most cost-effective solution.
