Excellent service!!! Very honest and fast service! Great customer service! They are very courteous and respectful. Thank you for being prompt! Andrew and Derek are amazing. They care about there customers!!
Have used Jim Russell many times in the last year and they are always prompt with scheduling the needed services. Most recently I needed a furnace replaced and they got it done the next day in the middle of a week of freezing temps. Andrew went above and beyond and even brought a couple heaters from his home for clients to use to keep warm that night until work could be completed. Thank you!!
Of course you never want to spend the money on something like this but when you need it, it has to work. Great people take the sting out, and great service on quality product, make it a pleasant experience. You are as good as your people, and Dalton makes you great!Service: HVAC system maintenance
