What a wonderful business and residential experience. Our commercial building needed a A/C unit PRONTO, and Dave at Blue Fox got it installed faster than PRONTO. Thanks to Dave and the techs for a quick and easy install, in the middle of a hot stretch this summer. Then our residential A/C had issues. So I called Dave again, and he had a Tech out very quickly for a second opinion on our problem. Then after a 2nd opinion, the Blue Fox tech (Zach…Super nice) told me that the 2nd opinion was FREE. Arlee and Justin did an excellent job installing my new HVAC system. They were pleasant and professional not only to me but also to each other during the long project. They also completely cleaned up at the end of the install. All I have left to do is enjoy the comfort.
Hats off to Blue Fox Heating and Cooling -Lebanon! Their team was able to get us scheduled for a repair quickly and Carlos was wonderful! He explained our options and was able to get us back up and running at a very fair price! We've used Blue Fox in another location and we're so thankful to know we are within their service area in Zionsville! Honest and fair! Highly Recommend!
