My family had a phenomenal experience in the ED! The nursing staff was a 12/10 and doc was also. They explained everything and never seemed rushed. They all were very attentive and even made a new pot of coffee for me while they ran all tests in an extremely efficient manner. Thank you to the staff for taking care of my wife!!
The nurses who helped compete my surgery today in the out patient procedure were so kind and helpful. They even helped my husband who was helping me! Carolyn S. At the front desk of outpatient procedure was the kindest, funniest, and most detailed oriented person in the office. She fixed things in my chart that were slightly wrong. She also kept us laughing the whole time. Everyone in the outpatient procedure area deserves a raise.
