Have had a problem with a toilet flushing right for quite a while. About 6 plumbers have looked at it and never had a solution UNTIL TODAY!!! I called Diamond plumbing after seeing their 5/5 on reviews yesterday. Clayde and Gabe were here around 10 today and by noon they had found the problem and had it fixed. Recommend Diamond Plumbing. very highly. They were courteous and knowledgeable from Olivia answering the phone until Clayde and Gabe thanked us and shook our hands when they left! Wonderful company!!! Will definitely call them next time we have a problem.
Gabe and Clyde came and took care of my plumbing issues. They were very knowledgeable, and polite. We would be great if all employees were like them, diamond is fortunate to have them.
I would have to say, this was one of the best companies I have dealt with for in many years. Not only were they very responsive in making the appointment, they were also let you know exactly when - even if it was earlier, which worked out great. Thanks Nicole! The tradesman, Clay, was knowledgeable, listened to the problem, explained what he was going to do to fix the problem and why. Most, if not all people anymore, just proceed to attempt to correct the problem without listening to the owner.
