Willoughby Plumbing Services

I called this place on a Wednesday or Thursday to make an appointment to have someone come look at my shower and my toilet I made an appointment for the next Tuesday at 2 PM since I work till one and I made it home in plenty of time but only to find their card stuck in the door where they have already been here. I called their office to find out why they were early but no one answered the phone. I had to wait for over an hour for someone to call me back only to tell me it’s more my fault than theirs, since they can’t just sit around and wait for me and my appt. time. So here it’s been almost a week that I’ve waited for this plumber only to find out I have to start over Because they don’t know how to keep appointments! apparently this plumbing business doesn’t need customers because appointments mean nothing here.
