Definitely a 5 star company. We got same day service which was great. We just REALLY needed our kitchen sink to drain after a previous company completely clogged it. Clint was very thorough, patient, and motivated. Ashley was great keeping us updated when he would arrive. Would recommend 100%.

Communication was excellent. The work was even better than the Communication. Very thorough and explained everything in detail. Very polite. Definitely will be calling again if every have any plumbing issues or water heater in future!

I highly recommend Ritchie Plumbing..Clint was incredibly responsive, arriving on time to fix a water issue, which turned out to be a waterlogged pressure tank. He explained my repair options clearly.The process was smooth.He was very polite and courteous and took great care to keep my home clean, when checking the inside plumbing. He took time to answer questions. Very fair pricing and he left the area spotless when he left. I will definitely use him again.
