Lavon at Alphalete was friendly and very responsive when I reached out during the wind storm we had this past Friday, 3/13/26. My roof was blowing off bit by bit leaving shingles and tar paper all over my yard exposing the plywood underneath. Lavon came out Saturday just before noon and had the exposed roof covered by 2p. Today is another high wind warning day and the temporary fix is holding fast. Thank you very much Lavon. I highly recommend you to anyone who needs roof work done.
We lost our daughter on Monday and our furnace went out on Friday this week. Musics came out and determined it would be best to get a new furnace. They installed the furnace with no charge to us. Absolutely impossible to state how kind this gesture was from them. I am so grateful for the kindness shown to us and I can’t recommend them highly enough to everyone. Thank you so much.

We had Shetler Construction put a metal roof over our old but still functional shingle roof. I had told them I wanted it before the snow flew. They were backed up a month, but came out and fighting the weather, finished it in two days. They did one side, made sure it was sealed up against the rain after the first day and came back a few days later when all was dry and finished. We had our first snow the following week, November of 2024.
They use several companies for supplies. We selected the roofing and color. The quote was reasonable and there were no added fees upon completion. I would not hesitate to use them again.

He towed our wrecked car and gave us access to it for pictures, retrieval of personal effects and so on. If you ever need to see him you must call ahead because he may be out on a towing job.
