We woke up to no hot water and had Ritchie here early afternoon. Had a diagnosis shortly after and a new tankless heater installed by the end of the following day. Our installer (Clint) was very knowledgeable and a great guy to work with!

Clint was a miracle worker. He fixed all my plumbing problems, and there were numerous problems. He cared enough to find a way to get my washer and dryer on the first floor. This was not an easy fix. He could see i had mobility problems and it was not safe for me to take laundry up and down the stairs. He worked magic, and now my plumbing is all top notch and washer and dryer is upstairs. I also love my water heater that never runs out of hot water. Thanks Clint for the honest and great job you did. Thanks for caring about an older client that needed help.
