I had what I thought was a roof leak due to a discolored and slightly damp spot on a wall, so I began asking friends who they recommended. I was put in contact with Carlos and he came out to inspect my roof. I appreciated that he kept me updated on the time of his arrival; that’s a great touch!
Carlos was very kind, friendly, and polite.
After giving the attic a thorough inspection, he let me know that the roof is fine, everything in the attic is totally dry, and that the discolored spot on my wall is just some condensation related to the change in weather and our use of the fireplace (which is on the nearby wall).
