Mia was amazing! She was one of the most pleasant people to interact with. She went out of her way to help me find a product that they didn’t have in stock, instead of simply saying they didn’t have it, she went above and beyond to help me find something that could replace that product. Best Ulta location ever! Employees always willing to help, super friendly and knowledgeable about what they have. Everytime I go I walk out with a smile and ready to come back! All the employees are always dressed so nicely, and really enjoyed management! Man with darker black hair is so wonderful.
Athena was amazing! I just went to store yesterday not having a clue of what product brands I should get. Athena helped me every step of the way and was super helpful! If I wouldn’t have had her help, I would’ve been there for an additional 30 minutes. She’s awesome and so cute too!!
