Summer of June 2025, HVAC system says it’s cooling, but the outside unit and fan was not running. Called up Truth and Comfort. Andrew talked me through what to look for in the unit and found that the Heat pump kept throwing an error code for low pressure. Scheduled an appointment for the next day and he managed to find and repair a pinhole in one of the return coolant lines and save us from having to get a whole new unit. Recharged the system and got us up and running again. Still working strong into 2026!

Called Andrew at 8 a.m. and He arrived by 10:45. I can't say enough about His honesty and integrity. Saved Me a lot of money by just doing what was needed. Highly recommend and will not use anyone else.

Andrew came out and serviced our furnace and installed a whole house humidifier. The service was excellent as was the cost. I will not call anyone else but Truth and Comfort. Customer for over 10 years.
