If you just book your appointment online, be sure to call and confirm. I showed up for my appointment as I had booked it online (and I had the confirmation email), but they had no record of my appointment. I was crushed. Ultimately, I rebooked, and I'm glad I did.
I could not have been happier with my experience at HairSpa and company. Mendi was running late, so I helped myself to a root beer from the drink bar (coffee and flavored syrups were also available but I’m watching my caffeine) and waited until she could come to speak with me. Even though she was running late, she made a point of doing a color consultation with myself and my husband. She gave us three options and we chose the one that would need the least amount of upkeep.
