Had the first appointment with my 94 year old mother. The staff was incredible. They explained everything they were doing and why. Spent a good amount of time with her. From check in to check out, everyone was friendly and courteous. Mom actually enjoyed her visit to Dr. Snyder’s office!
I seriously can not give enough stars to this office! All aspects of this place are TOP NOTCH, they even have blankets if your cold! The ladies at the front desk are so helpful and welcoming. I LOVE my hygienist. She takes notes and remembers my problem areas and is careful cleaning around them. She is always checking to make sure there is no discomfort. I've gotten comfortable enough to where I am not an anxious mess before I go for a simple cleaning. My 3 month old had her lip and tongue tied released and Dr Snyder was very helpful and made sure we did the stretches correctly to ensure a speedy and full recovery. Her entire staff was helpful and got us in quickly always answering questions and concerns right away if I had them.
