Everyone was nice and comforting cause I was really nervous. Very thorough with the examination and informative. They told me everything that was going to be done. When I left I was pretty comfortable and at ease.

The only issue I have is every time I need to make an appointment I always have to make two appointments and four trips because the first appointment is always a consultation. Which seems a little unnecessary every time I need to be seen.

I had a tooth on the front of my upper denture that came off. I couldn't get in to my own dentist for 6 days to see if it could be replaced. Then I'm sure they would have to send it back to where it was made. I called Affordable Dentures and got an appointment for the next day. 3 hrs later my denture was ready to be picked up. I would call that excellant customer service. Am seriously considering changing to Affordable Dental.
