I had my first basic yoga class with Tina and it was amazing!! Very beginner friendly, Tina walked us through every step and explained exactly what each movement was doing for our body. Tina is very knowledgeable, kind, & accepting! All of her new clients get their first class free so I definitely recommend just trying it out!!
I went to the Core First Kickbox class and got an incredible workout from Tina. Tina was attentive to my body and took time to explain the exercises and their benefits. She is kind and encouraging. I recommend 100%. Be sure to check out their gift shop - it’s stocked with awesome local products!
Tina and her group really focus on all dimensions of the body, mind and soul. From yoga to readings and self care her team provides an amazing experience ❤️ They are all very skilled, trained and truly believe not just in their skill but in you as a person and how their experience can help better you.
