Their estimator, Tom Boots, will let you know exactly what you need without trying to sell you anything you don’t want or need. They installed our new roof last week and it looks better than ever. The crew arrived at 6:30 AM and finished at 7:15 PM leaving us a beautiful new roof and a clean yard. A few days later, we received a follow up visit to ensure that we were happy and all of our expectations were met. Sullivan & Fortner has been around for decades, and I trust that they will be around for decades more if we need any service.

Sullivan and Forter replaced our roof, siding and guttering about 10 years ago. They were on-time, very professional, friendly, and did a stellar job then. To my amazement they even showed up and worked on Saturdays, which is a rarity these days. Recently, we had a tree that had encroached on the peak of our roof and damaged some shingles and drip-edge. Tom came out, assessed the damage and gave us a very reasonable quote for repair. After accepting the quote, Esteban came out in short order and repaired the damaged area very quickly.
