I was a client for years. Lately, I noticed the room was filthy - way beyond dirty. There's a story.I was on the table and had a leg cramp - one of the nasty ones where the only solution is to get up and tiptoe and flatten the foot to release it. I had never had one there before - only rarely have them at night. I launched off the table to release the cramp. The therapist, a woman and I'm a woman, was very upset at my nudity. The no call no show policy charge has no nuance. They initially charged me $180 for a no call no show: they said they tried to call me “but there was no voicemail set up.” And that they sent an email but it must have went to spam. I thought the procedure I wanted was every 4 months, but it was every 4 weeks. They said I scheduled in person the day of my last appointment so that was on me for forgetting. However I didn’t see an email or call reminder, but I was definitely excited to get my next treatment! I just had my husband call me and leave a voicemail and it did go through, so I DEFINITELY have a voicemail set up. I would not have just not showed up if I remembered...read full review
