Despite the common areas being clean, the state of the treatment rooms has led to some clients canceling their memberships. Additionally, there have been issues with the no-call no-show policy, with some clients feeling unfairly charged due to a lack of reminders or miscommunication about appointment schedules. On a positive note, the staff, including therapists and management, have been described as nice and friendly, with some clients receiving good service and resolving issues with the help of the owner.
Do yourself a favor and get a massage from Bradley (Brad). He just helped eliminate the pain in my neck and shoulder that I've literally had for YEARS. He somehow found all my tight spots that needed work (spots that massage therapists at other places have overlooked), and I feel like the weight of the world has been removed from my body. I drove an hour each way from Zionsville to see him. Oh, and I'm a massage therapist. You just know that the massage therapists who massage therapists go to see themselves are the ones to go to! Heather was amazing! I had a 60 Min massage focusing on my back and neck, she got the knots and relieved the muscle tension easing my back pain. And the front desk staff were super kind and welcoming, I’ll definitely be going back!
My husband bought me an hour massage from here, and I went a couple of weeks ago. The guy that gave me my massage, his name is Corey, and he did amazing! He was so professional and respectful! If I get another massage, it will be from here!!
