Besides finding great prices online for my project, the option to pick my order up for free in store would keep my business for future projects. When my order was ready for pick-up, the sales associates got it ready to load quick and helped me get it into my vehicle as well.

We purchased hardwood flooring. LL Flooring sent a professional to measure our rooms. The delivery company called a week before delivery to confirm date and time. The delivery was right on time. After delivery the installer called to set up date. The crew arrived on time and completed the job. Floors look great. Glad we used LL Flooring.

Our house in Baton Rouge flooded in May. Blake was awesome and had samples sent out to us within a week. Once we decided on which flooring we wanted, he went above and beyond to make sure it arrived on time. We had some bad interactions with our main contractor and ended up firing him before the walls were completed. The flooring team came in, did their job (in less time than estimated!) and got out of our way. It was a wonderful experience. I love my new floors!
