I had New Concept look at my floors to refinish my pine wood floors of my 100 year old home. New Concept gave me a timely quote, and were amazingly flexible and squeezed us in the very next week to work on our floors. When we discover more wood flooring under the linoleum, we quickly ripped it up and New Concept happily complied and refinished those floors too. Each worker that came to our home had pride in their work and very skilled in their craft. They kept us posted along the way, including after completion by suggesting the best cleaning style and brands. The floors are beyond my wildest dreams. If you need work, go to these people!!!

I have had New Concept Flooring to put linoleum down in my kitchen & then a few years later I had them to put carpet in my den. Very professional work & very respectful of your resident. Very good company & people that I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for the good jobs you have completed for me in a very timely manner.
