Ive been coming here for 3 years now. I have worked with 2 different trainers and have always had a great experience! These are not just some online certified trainers, they are the best around here in my opinion. The gym is a very diverse group, everyone from seniors to college kids. I have a herniated disc and they have helped me a great deal and are very knowledgeable on not just weight training and cardio fitness but also rehab from injuries. I can't say enough good about this business !

Everybody at lifelong fitness is super friendly and easy going. After experiencing a few health issues after I had my son, and gaining what seems like a ton of weight, I gave up going to the gym and working out because of how embarrassed and self conscious I was. But I actually look forward to my work outs at life long! The trainers are great and make you feel really comfortable and the other clients are super friendly. I don't feel disgusting when I walk into the gym anymore, I feel motivated and welcome.
