Asked for full "new house cleaning" of our newly purchased home while I was out on vacation. Came back two weeks later to find none of the shelves in the house got wiped down to the back, none of the closets were cleaned at all, none of the fans were wiped down, huge dirt pile underneath and behind fridge (specifically asked for this to be cleaned), living room shelves and dirt weren't cleaned, window sills weren't cleaned (specifically asked for), door frames weren't cleaned (specifically asked for), ceiling in kitchen wasn't even touched (told me ceiling to floor cleaning), kitchen cabinets weren't even cleaned properly (paid extra), fridge and stove weren't cleaned...read full review

All were very professional, meticulous and did a wonderful job. They treated their cleaning with great care. I would highly recommend for any cleaning job. Krista and her team were great.
