They try to be accommodating and my mom enjoyed the bath aid . They helped us with exercises and showing the family exercises to help her getStronger .“
“I utilized the service of Great Lakes Hospice for my mother Sandra about a month ago post discharge from an impatient stay in hospital with pneumonia and COPD. Mother has departed since and I could not have been more pleased with the level of care and compassion that she had in her final days at home with me. The nurses are extremely knowledgeable and sincere and do an exemplary job. I would recommend it to anyone who has a need for hospice care! They certainly took alot of the anxiety and fear and sadness that I was experiencing during mother's passing. I am very grateful. “I love my job working for Brightstar care! They are family oriented, they go above and beyond for not only their clients but for us aides as well. There has been times I had family emergencies, they did not hesitate to find someone to cover the remainder of my shift. They have texted and called to check on me and my family. No other company that I’ve worked for has done that, they were more worried if my hours were gong to be covered. The office staff and on call staff have always been friendly and helpful in answering my questions or concerns.“
