I love my job working for Brightstar care! They are family oriented, they go above and beyond for not only their clients but for us aides as well. There has been times I had family emergencies, they did not hesitate to find someone to cover the remainder of my shift. They have texted and called to check on me and my family. No other company that I’ve worked for has done that, they were more worried if my hours were gong to be covered. The office staff and on call staff have always been friendly and helpful in answering my questions or concerns.
Working for bright star is amazing. They make you feel at home whenever you walk in they always have smiles on their faces and warm welcomes to give. It feel like family working with them they are always there when you need them.
Brightstar Care is a wonderful company to work for! As a PRN staff of over 2 years now, Brightstar has shown me just how dedicated they are to their clients as well as their staff. With regular staff appreciation events, the ability to give honest feedback, and the environment within the office; I always feel welcomed and valued. Brightstar goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible for their clients AND staff!.
