walked in 5 minutes prior to my appointment. there's atleast 6 barbers in the building. I stand around and receive no acknowledgement. I sit down assuming they will come grab me when its my turn. another man walks in, asks "do you take walk-in's?" a barber says "yes I can take you right now" over thr course of the next 30 minutes all but two of the barbers leave. this was my second attempt at going to this establishment since the first I was 10 minutes late for due to going to the wrong location and being told my money was "non refundable" the esthetic was cool. reminds me of mammoth barbershop in Noblesville but this place has... read full review

10/10 first time ever going and will always be coming back for my haircuts now. Nery is the man very professional great conversations. The place is very nice and clean and easy to fine parking. I would highly recommend Nery he did my haircut perfect down to the last minute detail.

Barber Nery becomes an absolute artist as soon as I sit on that chair! He always does an excellent job keeping my hair and beard looking fresh and clean. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and pleased with the results. I’m happy to have found my place at Fresh Factory and will be continuing to see Nery for all my barber needs.
