We have been using the total home service plan for several years now. Immediately the pest problem we had been fighting for a year improved and within months was gone entirely. The technicians have always shown up and done a great job treating the house. If I mention anything (such as a mouse running into the house ?) they made sure to make a visit as soon as they could and do what they could to treat the issue. I would recommend them 100% and have many times over the years.
