Have to brag about Kyle in maintenance. He has gone above and beyond to get my apt all squared away with even the littlest of things. This guy works hard and doesn't stop till the job is done. Even coming back to check his work and make sure things are still going good.

Elite Property Management & Realty is hands-down the best management company I've ever rented from. From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth, professional, and actually enjoyable (which is rare in renting!).

The team is incredibly responsive-maintenance issues get fixed the same day or next day at the latest. The online portal is super easy to use for rent payments and requests. But what really sets them apart is how genuinely kind and helpful everyone is. They treat you like a person, not just a tenant.

I've recommended Elite to all my friends who are looking to rent in the area. If you want zero headaches and people who actually care, this is the company to go with. 11/10!

Lived on Bridgewater Court off 18th for five years. There are cockroaches in these apartments they do not pay for any exterminators that’s in the lease because they know they have roaches. Recently moved they stole $400+ of my security deposit saying that they needed to replace the screen which clearly pictures I sent in show that the screen was already torn when I moved in. I disputed it and they let it stand with stealing my money. on it Maintenance is nice, but they seldom come out when you call the office never answers the phone. They’re very dismissive. Like my apartment never like the management they’re greedy and they basically have stolen my money because they know I moved to another state and will very likely not pursue civil court against them. Last thing I say is Karma is very real and I pray they will have the day and lives they deserve!!

I was almost homeless and Elite showed up in the nick of time with a spreadsheet of HUD properties that my COVID-damaged brain could quickly read and act on. Being disabled, broke, and moving after 13 years was hard enough, but Elite treated me kindly and was patient while I collected funds…and now I have a perfectly quirky little apartment which fits my needs. Elite helped turn a disaster situation into a hopeful home, and I am deeply grateful.☺️
