Towed! This company lied to my face about them calling for a tow truck. Tow company proved they did. They said my car may have been stolen when they called. They failed to report the tow to the police, which made me think my car got stolen. This is illegal and unprofessional.

Towed! I work for an Engineering service that oversees the particular construction that is taking place currently, I parked near the alley approximately 100 feet away from where the crew is working for 19 minutes so that I could perform my job duties. There were 11 open (unoccupied) parking stalls at this time. Poorly marked parking lot that did NOT state that this is a “towing zone” As I noticed the tow truck hooking up to my vehicle, I addressed the situation and was told I would need to pay the impound fine of $205. J&S towing only accepts cash payments so that they can alter their revenue and not be required to pay taxes. I now have a different view on this company....read full review

Oh Bison you are really horrible people along with JR’s towing who doesn’t know how to follow towing laws (we have them in IN, know your rights!), I made sure to complain to the attorney generals office. And nice new sign on the back entrance of the lot after my daughters car was towed (they way she entered), your lucky I didn’t get before pictures. Reading reviews looks like that’s all you people do is tow cars.
