Went to Better Life ChiropractBetter Life Chiropractic-Dr. Lam and Dr. Andrewsly… it was so worth it. Running a business, doing a physical job, chasing two toddlers, life, age. I’ve just been in constant pain. I’ve always heard great things about chiropractors but I was lowkey scared to try it. Today was my first appointment and Dr. Andrews really took his time. He asked about my pain, my goals, what I’m trying to fix, all of it. He did several images and X-rays and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I cannot say enough about Dr. Nancy Lam and her practice Better Life Chiropractic. I seen more doctors, specialists and chiropractors who have looked at me like a ticking time bomb and refused care. But not Dr. Lam. She is caring and careful, innovative and inquisitive, compassionate and excellent at what she does.
The program of care and exercises she takes you through is beyond amazing. The exercises have become a part of my everyday life. She helped me gain control of my body again, and become present in my life. I went from multiple seizures a day to weeks between them and tracking the triggers. My initial appointment with Nancy was very thorough. She took time to ensure that all of my (many) questions were answered and I felt very comfortable with her.
I love that X-RAYS are included as part of the exam. It shows how invested Better Life is in their practice and with the level of care they provide their patients.
Her adjustments were quick & relieving! It was the first time I had ever had my extremities manipulated- where has she been all my life?!
