“Anthony called ahead with his ETA and showed up on time as promised! He efficiently and quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me along the way. He even made a few recommendations on things we should do in order to get the maximum life from our dryer as well as the washing machine. As it was a warranty repair I cannot directly comment on price but I can assume they are highly competitive. I highly recommend Anthony and Groves for all of your appliance repair needs!”

“The nicest people, fair prices and quality work and products. Have had our 20 year old Riccar serviced here for 17 years and it still runs fantastic. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“Update: 2 weeks went by and the washer broke again. It's an estate old whirlpool. It's not Terry's fault but I should have gone with my gut to just replace it. Now we have to buy a new/used one and we essentially are out the $245; listen to your gut. Also, after doing a lot of research, the part that was replaced and labor was not worth $245, great service thought and I appreciate the help. I can understand that they need the business ....but I would have happily paid the service fee and not the repair if I had known better.

Terry came out within less than 2 hrs of my call, not only repaired our washer, but provided detailed and easy to understand instructions on what he was repairing and next steps. He provided exceptional service and the repair itself took under 30 mins. Total cost was WELL worth it. They also have easy ways to pay!”
