Absolutely the best! So loving inconsiderate to my family and to our cat. Explain the cost of pricing and what would be the best option. They are Fantastic hands down.

These people are incredibly caring and knowledgeable; I can’t recommend them highly enough. We were devastated to find out recently that we would have to put our dog down in a matter of days, and when the time came, the staff could not have been more thoughtful, attentive, or caring. Dr. Rudolph explained everything that would happen thoroughly, but took care not to drag out what was obviously a very sad experience. We were so grateful to be treated with such kindness and respect.
I’m not sure I’ve ever thought more highly of a vet than this one!

From the bottom of my heart, I cannot express how thankful I am for this place. DR. Andrea and her staff have always been there for my fur babies. I have always gotten an appointment day of or as needed. No matter the question, I always got answers and help throughout the years. They have always made it so easy and the way they care Has always made it a wonderful experience . Recently I had to say goodbye to my sweet girl after 11 years, and I just want to say thank you again for being there and making the process so much easier for our family. I will continue to recommend you to everyone i know because of the great care you provide for my fur babies.

I have used Pine Lake Animal Hospital w/ Dr. Rudolph for about 20 years. I had others prior to finding her, not one i had came across before her were as attentive, caring, thorough, loves each animal as she would if it were own, gentle, calming, etc. I trust her and her judgements/ care instructions 100%. Yes, i am a real person. Some years ago, i had a cat that wad found when he was around 2½ wks old, born without an immune system, his mom had left him to die. I called and got him in (she was already the vet i used) we worked together to get him up to par. After 5 yrs and his 3rd battle wound from darting outside and fighting local animals, 2 days later i took him in to her office (his dr), no antibiotics was going to save him, she knew that and let me know, we euthanized him that visit, ours hearts broke. She gently wrapped him in a sheet and i took him home to bury him. Dr. Rudolph was sympathetic and empathetic. I don't know of any others that show the pain of losing a client in their eyes and face. She cares, deeply. I absolutely love that about her and her staff is absolutely amazing! Friendly, cheerful, helpful.

The staff at Pine Lake Hospital are wonderful people and they genuinely care about your animals here. I bring both my cats and dog here and have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Rudolph ensures her patients are properly treated and maintains a quality of care that is hard to come by

The staff a woman and a girl were fantastic, very welcoming and friend to me and my dog daisy Mae who is a handful as she is puppish, but they were great.
However the doctor didn't even greet say hi to me or my dog. This was my first visit to this establishment. I asked if she thought Daisy's nails should be trimmed she said basically nothing but the two women explained where the quick was and her nails were good.
The bedside manner of this doctor leaves a lot to be desired. I don't think she saidore than two words to me. You would think that since this was my first experience at your clinic she would have been a little friendlier and welcoming.
