She grooms out of this place and her home in westville. She trapped my King Shepard in cages and spaces much too small for him with the promise that it would get better over time. If he "frustrates" her, she would start yelling at him and manhandling him. He was an abused, rescue who's learning! His previous owners never even bathed him, now he makes strides to go get groomed! I stopped seeing Mrs. Jill a few years ago. I felt some of her ideals we're not fit for my family or me. She spoke to me as if I were less than her, which I figured she must have personal issues. When the constant attitude and rude messaging continued, I decided to schedule my final appointment with her. When my dog came back to me, she was dripping with water, still had clumps of hair coming off of her, and her nails were never trimmed. She barely cared for my baby who is sadly not with us anymore. Known to be not so kind to animals do not recommend. They do not care about your animals safety have never had a good experience and had a friend who suffered an unforgivable experience with them.
