I can’t say enough wonderful compliments about Diamond Nails. From attention to detail to kindness to genuine customer service to cleanliness, I could not have had a better experience. I got a full set and gel pedicure. Both technicians (one for pedi and one for mani) took their time and sampled the color on my nail to ensure it was what I wanted. The sweet owner checked on each customer and offered drinks. I called back to the shop to compliment them on my experience and they answered “Hi Rachel!” I was blown away by their customer service.
Such wonderful customer service! The owner and her associates were very kind and patient with me. I don't get my nails done often, but wanted to treat myself for my birthday, and my nails turned out beautifully! 😊 I will be back, and definitely recommend! I also wanted to note that the gentleman who worked on me (I didn't catch his name, I'm so sorry!) was very gentle and patient with me, which is huge for me. I have bad social anxiety, and am always appreciative of those that work with me 😅 Thank you again, I love them!
Always leave very satisfied! I’ve had full sets, gel, and pedicures here. Very friendly people that actually talk to you. This place is the best!
