First time client. Saw Dr Mack based on the recommendation of Eternal K9 Training(also highly recommend)in New Carlisle. What a great vet! Really nice guy, very easy to talk to and genuinely seemed eager to help animals! He did a great job handling and diagnosing the issue with my German Sheperd. Dr. Mack really seemed to know his stuff, showed a lot of compassion for my dog and gave us some great advice. He didn't overcharge me for service and the price was fair. They are amazing! My Dog Diamond who needed immediate ACL (TPLO) Surgery was seen for consultation on Friday and had surgery immediately on Monday morning! It’s now 2 weeks since her surgery and she is happier than ever. She is walking on it with no problem. She is still healing wonderfully! She gets her stitches off tomorrow. She was putting all her weight on her other leg which she had a different type of surgery 1 year ago . Now she is doing great on both back legs!

The staff and drs are all extremely thorough, kind and well trained. We’ve been going there for years and I would not go anywhere else. They understand the importance of pets in our lives, and do all they can to make sure they take care of our four legged family members.
