These people are incredibly caring and knowledgeable; I can’t recommend them highly enough. We were devastated to find out recently that we would have to put our dog down in a matter of days, and when the time came, the staff could not have been more thoughtful, attentive, or caring. Dr. Rudolph explained everything that would happen thoroughly, but took care not to drag out what was obviously a very sad experience. We were so grateful to be treated with such kindness and respect.

I’m not sure I’ve ever thought more highly of a vet than this one!

From the bottom of my heart, I cannot express how thankful I am for this place. DR. Andrea and her staff have always been there for my fur babies. I have always gotten an appointment day of or as needed. No matter the question, I always got answers and help throughout the years. They have always made it so easy and the way they care Has always made it a wonderful experience . Recently I had to say goodbye to my sweet girl after 11 years, and I just want to say thank you again for being there and making the process so much easier for our family. I will continue to recommend you to everyone i know because of the great care you provide for my fur babies.

I have used Pine Lake Animal Hospital w/ Dr. Rudolph for about 20 years. I had others prior to finding her, not one i had came across before her were as attentive, caring, thorough, loves each animal as she would if it were own, gentle, calming, etc. I trust her and her judgements/ care instructions 100%.
Yes, i am a real person. Some years ago, i had a cat that wad found when he was around 2½ wks old, born without an immune system, his mom had left him to die. I called and got him in (she was already the vet i used) we worked together to get him up to par.
