I needed my geothermal heat pump checked out - hadn’t done it in 2 years. Thermodyn’s pricing is very reasonable and the technician who came out, Lance, was very knowledgeable. He not only checked out everything and explained it as he did, but showed me how to use the aux humidifier which I’d never been able to figure out in the 6 years since we moved in here! I highly recommend Thermodyn if you have geothermal and need maintenance or repairs. I’ve found that most HVAC companies in this area do not have significant expertise in geo, but Thermodyn definitely does.
Absolutely Amazing Diagnosis by Noah on my 2 stage Trane AC unit. This unit was installed by a Summers technician incorrectly for 12 years. Both High & low were wired together. So running on high on heat and air for 12 years! Noah found the short in the outside unit. Wired the 2 stages correctly & changed my blower settings on thermostat.
