I recently completed an 8 week physical therapy stint at Team Rehab, Kokomo, IN. I highly recommend this facility and each and every Team member. I have been here about once a year for the past 4 or 5 years. My knee, shoulder, hip, legs, back and each and every time they get me fixed up and back to where I needed to be.
