We had Orr’s install a new furnace today and we could not be happier. From our first consult with Joe to our install guy Dan everyone was beyond professional. We have had a lot of work done since moving in to this house and by far the Orr’s team was the best we’ve worked with. Always polite, They were extremely conscious of keeping their area and my home clean which was very appreciated. We also very much appreciated the transparency of what actually needed to be done and that there wasn’t a hard sell to do extra unnecessary things. This company on main Street in Kokomo is awesome and family tradition passed down is great service. So expect great service. The house I bought had a terrible furnace and the concrete floor ducts were plugged up. The old air return was filthy and old enough the the material was to brittle to be professionally cleaned. The old AC unit was beyond working. The Solution was to find a reasonable professional for a new furnace and AC combo complete with overhead ceiling mounted ductwork. Orr had by far the best estimate because every other company was trying to add things I truly didn't need, or were trying to convince me to use the existing ductwork and pay for cleaning. Orr listened to my ideas very attentively and gave me an awesome bid on a very good brand called AMANA. The entire system was affordable and by installing the ducts mounted to the ceiling the bills for heating and cooling are extremely affordable.
