Both my cats and doggo go here! Love the staff and atmosphere. They remember us humans and my beloved pets! They always treat me with respect and don’t think I’m crazy with my thousands of questions. I literally brought my female cat in there because I thought she had tumors and they said she was just fat without judging me and my irrationals fears! Also performed life saving surgery on my dumb, loving lab that swallowed a crab apple and it became lodged in his intestines. 10/10 would recommend to any fur baby owner!

We take our dog here and I think prices are fair for the services they provide, and always friendly staff. Our dog likes them, so that’s what we care about.

I expressed my feelings the last time I called. There is no sense in calling again you didn't hear or understand so I'm not going to waste my oxygen. If your prices were not so high so meany animals would not have to be euthanized.

I have had two experiences at Noah’s Ark that lead me the believe they are only after your money. In 2021 I brought my cat in for an upper respiratory infection. It took two visits to get him better and I had to purchase multiple medications. About a month ago I took my female cat in for a UTI. They did a urinalysis and gave me 3 medications. This costed $300+. After doing everything they said and finishing her medications she still wasn’t better. I called to get more antibiotics but they wouldn’t give me them without another urinealysis and offered other additional procedures that were not necessary. With both of my cats they suggested anxiety medication, which was not necessary. I did not go back because I felt she didn’t need those procedures. We went to another vet who gave her an antibiotic without a urinalysis or offering other procedures. It cost me a fraction of what I paid at Noah’s ark. I am so upset I spent so much money and it didn’t even help my cat. I will not be going back. The staff is very friendly and I thought this was a great place until getting a second opinion on my cats condition and realizing they took advantage of me.

I’ve took our beloved yorkie, 14 yr old Niki, to Noah’s Ark over the yrs. Niki passed 2018, and now our beloved 15 yr old cat, Amy just passed Feb 2023, just wks before we were to move to Fl. I wanted so bad for her to go, but she was far too weak. We miss her terribly.The dr and the staff showed understanding and compassion towards my son and I by letting us spend as much time as needed with our Amy in her final minutes.We’ve never had to put down an animal before, it was very heartbreaking for us.Her urn was absolutely beautiful.I want to express our gratitude to the entire staff of Noah’s Ark for your kindness during our loss.Thank you.
