Quality of the nails was really good but the only complaint is that originally when me and my friend went to check out prices we asked exactly what acrylics would be for the full set and they said $35. My friend went in and wanted almonds and they said itd be a $5 up charge and they gave her sqaures when she asked for almonds and still had to be the $5 up charge. Another thing is that hers was already $40 but when we went to check out they said that hers was $50 and mine was $55, which didn't make sense when one they messed up her nails and two we were told something completely different. The lady at the counter just kept arguing with me so we left.
I’ve normally never had a problem with my services here but the past 2 times I’ve tried to go it’s been very frustrating. I called and made an appointment so I could go on a lunch break at work (which they’ve done in the past never a problem) and when I got there they said “it’ll be 15-20 minutes” I didn’t have extra time to sit and wait so I left. I called again today to make an appointment and when time for my appointment they aren’t ready and keep telling me “10-15 minutes” so I left again.
If I had extra time to wait 15-30 minutes I would but when I make an appointment they should honor it. Sad to say that I won’t be returning... read full review
The nail tech that I had, did a good massage and fair polish job. The nail tech that worked on my friend talked on the phone most of the session, very loudly. My nail tech asked her to turn the volume on her phone down. During her phone conversation she cut my friend with the clippers and never stopped talking on the phone nor did she apologize.This was not the relaxing pedi experience that we were hoping for. We will not be returning to this business.
