We have always had great experiences at our Kokomo Midwest Eye Consultants on Walnut Street, from our regular eye exams to ordering contacts and glasses. Dr. James takes the time to troubleshoot issues and clearly explain options. Last week my daughter and I went in to order glasses. I had a specific budget in mind in order to maximize my remaining FSA funds - I wanted to use it all before the deadline when I’d lose it but didn’t want to go over that amount. Marissa was such a huge help!! She took the time to calculate different scenarios for us until we were at a total that met our needs. She is friendly and patient and just great all-around! ALL of the staff in both the doctor's office and the optical office at the Walnut location are very friendly, helpful and make you feel very comfortable the entire time you are here. Hands down my appointments at this location are the only I actually look forward to

Dr James and his team are amazing! They have been with me thru 2 cataract/lens replacement surgeries. From the receptionist, office workers, nurses and Dr.James.. they are all so friendly, and care about my eye health. We have been going there many years.
