My naturally curly hair was butchered by another lady in town. Lisa got me in the same day I called. Understood and sympathized with my emotional state. She was professional but loving. She made me feel safe and in good hands. I definitely was! She fixed the atrocity. Yeah, it will be AWHILE before it grows out and we can do what I had wanted to begin with, but I can look in the mirror without crying. Thank you, Lisa!!! I owe you one...big time. ❤
