Joan always has a friendly greeting and Shelly makes sure that the patient experience is a great one. I worked at and retired from Ladd so I know what to expect! Also the gentleman that checked me out (sorry that I forget his name) was very pleasant.and Dr Paulette and Dr Curnutt( spelling?) are the best!
My whole experience was great. From the front desk receptionist, being treated and cared for my dental assistant and dentist to the final receptionist. Cared for my well-being, mental health and physical. Didn’t judge me by my insecurities of my dental problems. Communicated great. This office from the moment I stepped in made me feel human and at ease. I can say this for the first time in my life I’m not scared to return to see the dentist going forth.
My whole life I’ve been scared of the dentist but the employees here are so nice and caring and make me feel super comfortable. I didn’t get her name but the doctor who does the numbing shots did such an amazing job, I’m terrified of needles and she was so patient with me! Also I believe her name is Amy, she did some of my fillings was so so nice!
