My son has been a student for awhile. I like that it is something that he can do year around. They keep the equipment and facility clean. Which helps keeps the students healthy. And the instructors are knowledgeable and keep the class involved.

My daughter (age 9) is a student here. The teachers are phenomenal. They guide with patience and structure. Our family moved to the area from the west coast. My daughter was struggling adapting until we started coming to classes here. In a few short weeks I’ve watched my daughter grow in confidence and has made friends. She wakes up before school and does sit ups now before leaving for the bus. It’s so amazing watching my kid channel all her passion and drive into something other than roblox.This school is great.

The instructors here are great. Our kids love it.I have considered joining the adult class, just haven't taken the plunge yet. Our kids have only been here for almost 6 months but we have seen a great improvement in their skills and behavior on and off the mat.
