Every one of the ladies at this shop are super friendly. My hair beautician, Lynn, is very good at listening to what you want, even when you don't know what you want. I went in a few years ago not knowing what I wanted, besides a shorter pixie, and she gave me the perfect hairstyle—a shaved side, mohawk. I customized with a pop of color. She will also listen to your future plans, making sure your hair stays looking good, even during a transition point.
